Ali Abdul Kareem
Ali Abdul Kareem, widely recognized by his stage name Rukuma Ali, is a distinguished musician and a two-time National Award winner in music production. With over 15 years of experience as a singer and performer, he has collaborated with renowned bands, captivating audiences with his powerful voice and compelling stage presence.
An accomplished lyricist and audio engineer, Ali possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of music production, ensuring that his works resonate not only emotionally but also technically with listeners. His contributions to the music industry extend beyond performance; he is dedicated to enhancing the visibility and appreciation of diverse artistic expressions as an ardent arts educator.
Throughout his remarkable 23-year tenure in the public sector and government, Ali has tirelessly promoted the arts and enriched the lives of school children and the younger generation. His dedication as an arts educator is evident as he empowers aspiring artists with essential skills and knowledge, nurturing their creative pursuits and helping to cultivate the next wave of talent.
Ali's operational and administrative skills further enhance his effectiveness as a leader in the arts community. - Deputy Minister at National Centre for the Arts
- Chairman at Maldives Music & Art Center
